It is a practice of opening the inner gates and welcoming every emotion as a messenger: grief, joy, rage, tenderness, longing or pleasure. Rather than numbing or fixing what arises, we create space for feelings to move, breathe, and speak through the body. This is a simple, yet challenging; natural, yet potent practice of remembering that your feelings are not too much—they are the way home. Come dance with us. Minimum $5 drop in fee.
